- Foot Pad is not to be used as a slipper. Walking on the pad may result in injury to the user and/or damage to the Food Pad.
LOW BACK PAD DIRECTIONS:
- Remove the black belt from the Low Back Pad before microwaving the pad and/or washing the cover.
HEATING DIRECTIONS:
- Microwave with or without the cover.
- Never use the convection setting or heat in conventional ovens.
- Place the pad evenly spread on a clean microwave safe dish.
- Microwave for one minute at standard power.
- Timing may vary with each microwave.
- Always test the pad by touch to assess for a safe and comfortable temperature.
- To increase the warmth, reheat in fifteen second increments and retest by touch, until a safe and desired temperature is reached.
COOLING DIRECTIONS:
- Place the pad in the freezer with or without the cover.
- Pads will reach effective coolness in two to three hours.
- Time taken to cool varies with the size of the pad.
- Moist heat can be obtained by microwaving a cooled pad.
WASHING / DRYING OF THE REMOVABLE FABRIC COVERS ONLY:
- Wash with cool/warm water.
- Dry on low/medium heat.
- Never wash/dry the internal pad.

No. We only use field corn, which is a non-popping corn.
The corn is place in a freezer for 24 hours, then rinsed with plain water, spread out to dry, and sorted to remove all the small pieces.

The pads may smell like popcorn for the first few times they are heated. This usually stops after a few uses.
There is no limit to reheating. It takes less time for the pads to be reheated once they are already warm. Check the heating instructions provided with you pad for specific heating instructions.
The pads were not originally designed for animal use, and have not been tested on animals, but are non-toxic and safe to use. The pads are filled with corn requiring close supervision as so the pet does not try to tear it apart and eat the corn.
