About Us

Throughout the years we’ve realized that the application of heat and cold provides great therapeutic benefits of relief and comfort for strains, sprains, aches, and pains.  This inspired us to start producing a type of therapeutic pad that would serve dual functions.  No cords to plug in, chemicals, gels, or mess, and made with simple and natural materials.  Our pads are easy to use, portable, durable, and comfortable to wear.  A washable cover ensures a commitment to hygiene.  The heat is comforting and provides a penetrating warmth.  There is no problem with leaking, melting, or water residue with the use of the cold pad. Our products are made in Murfreesboro TN.

Meet Nurse Betsy
As a Registered Nurse, I have had a considerable career filled with experience in the healthcare industry in areas of long term care, home health, hospital care, and physicians offices.  My career has also helped me develop strong connections in chiropractic, holistic, acupuncture, and other healthcare delivery professions. With a goal of helping to relieve the aches and pains of those in need, I set out to develop our Unbelievable Comfort Pads.

Betsy, I just love your comfort pads! After I got my first one for my surgery I bought 2 more for my sons with their problem backs and they love them too. Then when my daughter needed a hysterectomy I bought another one for her sore tummy and she found it so comforting. Now I got another one for the neuropathy in my foot.  It warms it up better than anything else I've tried. Thank you for coming up with such a wonderful product! I have been an occupational therapist/certified for 27 years and have not found a better microwaveable hot pad on the market. I know some of my patients use the pads also for cold treatment and have found great benefit. These pads are soft to the touch which is important to patients who have had surgery on their hands and arms. They often have hypersensitive scars.  These pads are very comforting  on fragile skin.

I have used 4RCOMFORT FOOT PADS FOR OVER A DECADE. BEFORE I BEGAN USING THEM MY FEET WERE CAUSING ME PAIN. I HAD CONSIDERABLE DIFFICULTY WALKING. A Podiatrist said I should ice them twice daily.  I tried various ice packs. I discovered 4Rcomfort foot pads and have been using them every since. They have kept my feet virtually pain free for 10 years. I use them before going to bed an sometimes during the night. I wake up without foot discomfort. I highly recommend the 4Rcomfort Foot pad.

I contracted covid. I became incredibly chilled and could not warm up. I heated up a 4Rcomfort pad and laid it across my mid-section and placed my hands on the pad. This took the chill away and I was able to sleep.  I used this pad during the entire time dealing with covid. such a blessing.

The Back & Shoulder Pad is such an amazing product. It was a lifesaver for me when I was dealing with my injured ribs and chest muscles. Using it as a cold pack and heating pad made such a difference in my comfort level. The Foot Pad worked great in providing cold therapy for my Plantar Fasciitis. It is the kind of cold you can comfortably tolerate. Had great results.               David
      I suffer from neck and shoulder pain due to personal injury and enjoy using the neck pad both for heat and for icing when needed. I can use it while I am working on the computer or doing things around my home or office which is very convenient with my busy schedule. There is no need to stop and have to sit in some awkward position to keep ice packs in place! The Neck Wrap is so easy to use, comfortable, and stays in place unlike a heating pad and/or ice packs. Comfort pads are essential to my physical health as a musician. I play violin upwards of ten hours a day and I frequently use them to help relax my muscles before I go to bed. Also for harsh winters on the East Coast I like to wear either the Multi-Use Pad or Neck Wrap under my coat to stay warm. The designs offered are so versatile.

Being diabetic I deal with neuropathy and I also have arthritis. This can be a challenge. Using the Hand Pad really relieves the discomfort in my hands. I use it for my feet also. So great that it has no cords!             JOANNE
    I have been enjoying the benefits of these beautifully packaged and superbly designed Hand Pad. I am impressed with how well they are constructed: the individual tubes holding corn allow for evenly distributed warming of the top, bottom and sides of hands for better heat penetration and comfort. I have Raynauds as well as arthritis so my hands and feet are especially sensitive to cold during the winter. The first thing I experienced was instant heat and relief which is so much better and faster than running my hands under warm water or waiting for disposable warmers to heat. The soothing moist heat relieves discomfort as circulation is stimulated and increased. As an added benefit while my hands are in the pads, I place them on other areas such as arms, neck , shoulders and knees.
