Products can be shipped anywhere in the United States at the same rate. Please allow up to one business week of processing time before your order is shipped. Shipping originates from Livermore, California and is fulfilled by FedEx. We are not responsible for loss or damage caused by delivery personnel. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Shipping costs are as follows:

Your satisfaction is very important to us. If at any time within the first sixty days after your order is placed you are not happy with your 4RComfort purchase you can make a return or exchange. Items can only be exchanged for those of equal or lesser value. Return and exchange procedures are as follows:
- Contact us via email or phone call.
- Provide the Order # and relevant Product Description(s).
- Ensure the product is in good shape and has not been damaged by misuse.
- Receive and record your RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER (RA#).
- Repackage the product with your RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER displayed on the outside of the shipping container.
